      So, we are looking for 20 people who are serious about shedding as much body fat as possible to take part in our new challenge.

       

      We know it can feel intimidating, but it doesn't have to be.

      Our 6 Week Transformation is for all levels of fitness at any age.

      We have created a safe, fun, & effective results-oriented program just for you.

       

      It's never too late to get healthy, to get fit, and to feel better.

       

      You'll attend a minimum of 3 coach-led fitness classes a week at set days & times.

      (If you miss a couple classes... don't worry, you'll get a chance to make them up.)

      RESULTS VARY but we have seen challengers lose up to 13 lbs, lose 4.3% body fat, lose 3.5 inches OFF the waist, and lose 3 inches OFF the hips in just 6 weeks!

      1. A complimentary two (2) week pass for NXT GEN will be given to any applicant who lives in the Port Washington, Manhasset or Roslyn school districts.
      2. Only 20 applicants will be accepted.
      3.  An entry fee of $139.00 will be due by the earlier of the end of your complimentary 2 week trial or July 31, 2018.
      4. Late applications or payments will NOT be accepted.
      5. The transformation must be started by August 1, 2018.
      6. Fees are not refundable once accepted.

      Training For Warriors: STRENGTH - Working with heavier loads and fewer reps you will boost your strength levels and explosive power without bulking you up. TFW STRENGTH combines the workout benefits of the weight room with the motivation and positive atmosphere of a group fitness class. Utilizing old-school tools with modern science, this workout will provide you with the fastest path to better strength gains and burn more fat by elevating your metabolism for up to 38 hours after the workout.

       

      Training For Warriors: CONDITIONING - Burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle through this challenging class. Constantly varying workouts that combine low weight loads and high repetition movements are designed to improve your core stabilization, balance, endurance, power, muscular strength and overall physical fitness.

       

      Training For Warriors: HURRICANE - Challenge yourself physically and mentally with our signature metabolic training class. TFW’s HURRICANE is a total body workout that contains short durations of athletic movements like sprinting followed by lifting weights or other body weight activities. Just like a fast moving hurricane, the results of this high intensity workout are often long-lasting and permanent.

       

      CrossFit: WOD - If you like to mix things up or you get bored easily with gym workouts, CrossFit: WOD is designed to constantly challenge you. Workouts are based on functional movements which reflect elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and endurance to increase overall fitness and athletic performance. Within these fun and exciting workouts, movements can be scaled down (or up!) for any level of fitness at any age.

       

      CrossFit: ENDURANCE - Experience all the same benefits of CrossFit without a barbell or overly complex movements. ENDURANCE is a high energy workout designed for fat loss, muscle tone and full body strength and conditioning. You will challenge your physical and mental capacity while focusing on improving your speed, agility, coordination and stamina.

       

      CrossFit: OLY - Oly, short for Olympic weightlifting, teaches and perfects technique and positioning while not necessarily focusing on the weight of your lift. These movements provide speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to training that are indispensable to CrossFit programming and developing a well-rounded athlete. OLY is great for those that want to learn to lift and get comfortable with CrossFit. Beginners can focus on proper positions before adding weight and speed. Intermediate to advanced lifters will focus on speed and refinement of technique, as well as muscle conditioning.

       

      NXT GEN PRIME - Designed for those new to fitness or those looking to improve upon what they already know, PRIME teaches all the primary movements of CrossFit and builds a strong foundation to prepare you both mentally and physically for life-long health and fitness. While integrating body weight movements, weightlifting and gymnastics elements, you will focus on proper technique and form.

       

      NXT GEN BODY - Designed to induce extreme levels of muscle building, lean mass gains, reduce fat and increase strength from head to toe without sacrificing any athletic performance, mobility or posture. This class is conducive for bodybuilders, powerlifters and high level athletes looking to gain strength and mass for the upcoming season.
